Privacy notice

Last updated: October 2026. This notice covers beacx.com, run by Elites Algorithm Limited, Dublin, Ireland, which decides how your data is used (the controller under the GDPR).

What we collect, and why

When you ask for a check, we collect the website address, your email address and anything else you choose to type in the form: your name, type of business, country and the package you want. We use it to run the check, to email you the report, and to answer you if you reply. Our legal basis is that you asked us to do this.

To make the report, BeacX reads the public pages of the website you gave us, the same pages any visitor or search engine can see. We do not log in and we do not collect your visitors' data.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to serve the pages. Our email provider stores the emails we send and receive. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your request and the report for 12 months so we can answer questions about it, then delete them, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep what the law requires for invoices.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, through the contact page. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).
